การวิจยัในคร้ังน้ีใชร้ะเบียบวิธีวิจยัแบบผสมผสาน (mixed methodology)โดยข้นั ตอนแรกเป็น การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (qualitative research) และข้ันตอนสุดท้ายเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (quantitative research)โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความตอ้งการเรื่องการบริหารจดัการช้นั เรียน และสิ่งแวดลอ้ มเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้เรื่องการบริหาร จดัการช้ันเรียนและสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาข้นั พ้ืนฐานในจงัหวดัเพชรบูรณ์กลุ่ม ตวัอยา่ งในการวจิยัไดม้ าโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ไดแ้ก่โรงเรียนสังกดัสา นกังานการประถมศึกษาขนาด เล็ก จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์จ านวน 11แห่งผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารผูช้่วยผูบ้ ริหาร และครูผูส้อน แห่งละ3 คน รวม จ านวน 33 คน นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ช้นั ปีที่2 จ านวน 130 คน รวม ผใู้ห้ขอ้ มูลท้งัสิ้น 163 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็ นแบบสัมภาษณ์ไม่มีโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถามความ คิดเห็น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ (f ) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) โดยใช้ โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ส าเร็จรูป SPSSและวเิคราะห์เน้ือหาสา หรับขอ้มูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวจิยัพบวา่ 1. สภาพการบริหารจดัการช้นั เรียนและสิ่งแวดลอ้ มเพื่อการเรียนรู้โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อย ละ 49.60อยใู่ นระดบั ปานกลางและพิจารณารายดา้น ไดแ้ก่ดา้นการจดัการอนุรักษ์ส่งเสริมสิ่งแวดลอ้ ม เพื่อการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ46.97 อยใู่ นระดบั ปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายดา้น พบวา่ ดา้น การพฒั นาอาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดลอ้ ม มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือร้อยละ48.86อยใู่ นระดบั ปานกลางและ ดา้นการจดับรรยากาศ มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่า สุดคือร้อยละ40.00 อยใู่ นระดบั ปานกลาง 2.รูปแบบการจดัการความรู้เรื่องการบริหารจดัการช้นั เรียนและสิ่งแวดลอ้ มเพื่อการเรียนรู้ของ สถานศึกษาข้นั พ้ืนฐานขนาดเล็กในจงัหวดัเพชรบูรณ์โดยภาพรวมท้งั 6ดา้น เมื่อพิจารณารายดา้นไดแ้ก่ การจดัสภาพต่างๆ ด้านกายภาพ กิจกรรมบรรยากาศท้งัภายในและภายนอกห้องเรียน อยใู่ นระดบั มาก มี ค่าเฉลี่ย( =3.50 ,S.D. = 0.664) ด้านการจัดมุมประสบการณ์ อยใู่ นระดบั ปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย( =3.39 ,S.D. = 0.857) ด้านการจัดที่ให้นักเรียนน าเสนอผลงานและสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน อยใู่ นระดบั มาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย ( =3.52 ,S.D. = 0.848) ด้านนักเรียนได้เรียนรู้เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกบั ทอ้งถิ่นจากผูรู้้และแหล่งขอ้ มูล อยู่ใน ระดบั ปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย ( =3.47 ,S.D. = 0.864) ด้านจัดระบบนิเวศวิทยา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มี ค่าเฉลี่ย( =3.47 ,S.D. = 0.769) ด้านความเป็นกลัยาณมิตรของครูผสู้อนในโรงเรียน อยใู่ นระดบั มาก มี ค่าเฉลี่ย( =3.87,S.D. = 0.786) 3.รูปแบบการจดัการความรู้เรื่องการบริหารการจดัการช้นั เรียนและสิ่งแวดลอ้ มเพื่อการเรียนรู้ จากการอภิปรายเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพฒั นารูปแบบ ของผเู้ขา้ร่วมโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบตัิการ เรื่อง การบริหารจดัการช้นั เรียนและสิ่งแวดลอ้ มเพื่อการเรียนรู้พบวา่ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเด็น คือ 1. ด้านการ จดัการปัญหาเร่งด่วน 2. ดา้นบริหารจดัการช้นเรียน ั และ3. ดา้นการบริหารจดัการสิ่งแวดลอ้ ม
The Conditions of Classroom and Learning Environment Management in Small Educational Institutions Belonging to the Office of the Basic Education Commission of Thailand in Phetchabun Province This study applied the mixed methodology. That is, the qualitative methodology was employed at the beginning and the quantitative methodology, at the final stage of the study. The purposes of this study were (1) to investigate problems and needs of classroom and learning environment management in each educational institutions, and (2) to develop the knowledge management format concerning classroom and learning environment management in basic education institutions in Phetchabun.The subjects of this study were collected by using purposive sampling, including 11 schools under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area. There were 3 data providers from each school, consisting of school directors, school assistant directors and teachers. All of them, therefore, were 33. Also, there were 130 second-year Phetchabun Rajabhat University students who provided the research data. Consequently, the total number of data providers was 163. The research instruments included an unstructured interview and a questionnaire. Frequency, Mean ( ), and standard deviation (S.D.) were used to statistically analyze all the data through SPSS. The study also required a qualitative analysis for the qualitative data. The study found that 1. The overall condition of classroom and learning environment management had the average percentage of 49.60, which was at the medium level. When considering each aspect, the study found that the aspect of learning environment conservation had the average percentage of 46.97, which was at the medium level while the aspect of building and learning environment development had the highest average percentage of 48.86,at the medium level. Finally, the aspect of atmosphere enhancement had the lowest, 40.00 percent, which was at the medium level. 2. The knowledge management format concerning classroom and learning environment management in basic education institutions in Phetchabun in general had the mean of 3.54 and the S.D. of 0.798. When considering each of the 6 aspects, the physical aspect was at the high level ( =3.50, S.D.=0.664). The aspect of the school's experience enhancing corner was at the medium level ( =3.39, S.D.=0.857). The aspect of providing room for students to create and present their work was at the high level ( =3.52, S.D.=0.848). The aspect that students had a chance to learn the local knowledge from local experts and local sources was at the medium level ( =3.47, S.D.=0.864). The aspect of ecological system management was at the medium level ( =4.47, S.D.=0.769). The aspect of teachers' friendliness was at the high level ( =3.87, S.D.=0.786). 3. The qualitative results of the investigation of knowledge management format concerning classroom and learning environment management from a group discussion and the workshop participants' suggestions on the development of the format was found to be 3 aspects including (1) urgent problem solving, (2) classroom management, and (3) learning environment management.
