The objective of the project was to study the antifungal effect of ZnO nanoparticles on Oidium mangiferae Benthet . Three concentration 5, 10 and 15 g/l of ZnO nanoparticles was applied. The methodology concisting of 1) fungal culture by spread plate technique, 2) antifungal test by poised food technique and 3) The effect on mango production were carried out. The results revealed that the highest inhibitory percentage (78.79%) of ZnO nanoparticles was a concentration of 15 g/l followed by 10 g/l (75.76%), and 5 g/l (72.73%), respectively the comparison of the concentrations used by statistical test found that it was significant different at 0.05 level. 3) The effect on mango production showed that the product of mango cv. Nam Dok Mai in the ZnO nanoparticles treating field was 2-times higher than the control field with significant different at 0.05.
