The purpose of this study was to determine of nutrient distributions and nutrition values of mango cv. Nam Dok Mai Sithong at Dongmullek District, Amphoe Muang, Phetchabun Province. The twenty mangoes were compared between green and ripe fruits. The results showed fiber content of green and ripe were 2.0 and 1.2 g/100 g, respectively. The sugar were 7 and 15 grams, respectively and the energy were 62.6 and 78.7 Kcal, respectively. For minerals in mangoes were found that 100 grams in green and ripe mango consist of 7 and 5 mg nitrogen, respectively. The sodium was 2 mg and potassium were 200 and 197 mg for green and ripe, respectively. The calcium for green and ripe were 2 and 4 mg, respectively. The phosphorus for green and ripe were 20 and 16 mg, respectively. The nutrition values of green consist of moisture, protein, fat, ash, carbohydrates and total fiber were 79.0, 2.23, 0.44, 0.30, 16.03 and 2.00 percent, respectively and 82.6, 2.19, 0.52, 0.40, 13.09 and 1.20 percent for ripe, respectively.
