การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการรวมกลุ่มของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกาแฟ ตำบลโคกมน อำเภอน้ำหนาว จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ซึ่งเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้อย่างเป็นระบบภายใต้แนวคิดของความพอเพียง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย ดังนี้
1. เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการรวมกลุ่มของกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกาแฟ
2. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการรวมกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกาแฟ
การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนได้มีส่วนร่วมในการคิดวิเคราะห์ค้นหาปัญหาและแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาในการรวมกลุ่มธุรกิจชุมชนของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกาแฟตำบลริมสีม่วง อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research – PAR)
ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขั้นตอนในการวิจัยไว้ 5 ขั้นตอนดังนี้
ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การวางแผนและเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าชุมชน
ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การเข้าชุมชน ผู้วิจัยเข้าพบปะกับผู้นำวิสาหกิจชุมชน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และผู้นำเกษตรกร เพื่อชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยในครั้งนี้
ขั้นตอนที่ 3 เป็นการศึกษาชุมชน โดยศึกษาระบบเกษตรในชุมชน เช่น สภาพระบบการเกษตรในปัจจุบันของครอบครัว สภาพระบบการเกษตรในปัจจุบันของชุมชน พัฒนาการการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบเกษตรของชุมชน การศึกษาประวัติชุมชน เช่นการก่อเกิด การเปลี่ยนแปลงและสถานภาพปัจจุบันรวมถึงการศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพของกาแฟ สภาพปัญหาของธุรกิจชุมชน
ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ศึกษากระบวนการและปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นต่อการรวมกลุ่มของชุมชนผู้ปลูกกาแฟอำเภอน้ำหนาว จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
ขั้นตอนที่ 5 ประมวลผลการวิจัย
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ วิสาหกิจชุมชนน้ำหนาวอาราบิก้า ตำบลโคกมน และวิสาหกิจชุมชนป่าอุ่นคนอิ่ม ตำบลน้ำหนาว ซึ่งทั้งสองกลุ่มเป็นเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกาแฟอำเภอน้ำหนาว จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
ผลจากการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้
1. จากการศึกษาบริบทของชุมชนตำบลโคกมนและตำบลน้ำหนาว อำเภอน้ำหนาว จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์
สภาพภูมิศาสตร์ มีลักษณะเป็นพื้นที่การเกษตร เป็นภูเขา และที่ราบสูง มีความสูงอยู่ระหว่าง 650 - 1,200 เมตรจากระดับน้ำทะเล พื้นที่หลายแหล่งมีแผ่นหินใต้ชั้นดินลงไป ทำให้มีอากาศเย็นตลอดเวลา โดยทั่วไปอากาศหนาวเย็นในตอนดึกและตอนเช้า ส่วนใหญ่ตอนกลางวันอากาศเย็นสบาย อุณหภูมิเฉลี่ยตลอดปี 25 องศาเซลเซียส ในฤดูฝนจะมีฝนตกชุกระหว่างเดือนกันยายน-ตุลาคม ส่วนใหญ่ฤดูหนาว อากาศหนาวเย็นมาก จะหนาวเย็นที่สุดในเดือนธันวาคมและมกราคม จำนวนหมู่บ้านมี 6 หมู่บ้าน หมู่1 บ้านโคกมน , หมู่2 บ้านโคกมน , หมู่3 บ้านป่ารวก , หมู่4 บ้านดงมะไฟ , หมู่5 บ้านห้วยสนามทราย , หมู่6 บ้านวังโป่ง มีจำนวนประชากร 3,534 คน
สภาพของชุมชน ส่วนใหญ่ชุมชนตำบลโคกมนและตำบลน้ำหนาว มีอาชีพทำการเกษตร ทำไร่ ทำสวนเป็นหลัก มีที่พักและการท่องเที่ยวเป็นอาชีพเสริม โดยการเกษตรจะมีปลูกข้าวโพด ปลูกพักปลอดสารพิษ ปลูกกาแฟ มีวิสาหกิจชุมชนด้วยกันหลายกลุ่ม เช่น กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนกาแฟน้ำหนาว , กลุ่มแปลงใหญ่กาแฟน้ำหนาว , กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนกาแฟน้ำหนาวอาราปิก้า , กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนป่าอุ่นคนอิ่ม
สภาพปัญหาของวิสาหกิจชุมชน
1. การรวมกลุ่มยังไม่ชัดเจน
2. มีช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายที่จำกัด
3. ขาดความรู้ด้านการตลาดสมัยใหม่
4. ขาดผู้ที่จะมาสานต่องานวิสาหกิจชุมชน
2. กระบวนการในการรวมกลุ่ม จะเริ่มจากการที่มีผู้นำกลุ่มที่มีวิสัยทัศน์ กล้าคิดกล้าตัดสินใจและมีแรงปรารถนาอันแรงกล้า ได้คิดริเริ่มการรวมกลุ่มขึ้นมา เพื่อมีวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายในการแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาศักยภาพกลุ่มของเกษตรกรชุมชนให้สามารถเพิ่มรายได้และช่องทางการตลาด โดยที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐหรือหน่วยงานในท้องถิ่น
3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการรวมกลุ่ม ที่ส่งผลต่อความเชื่อมั่นและความศรัทธาในการรวมกลุ่ม
3.1 ขาดอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือในการดำเนินกิจการของกลุ่ม
3.2 ผลผลิตที่ได้น้อยและคุณภาพต่ำ
3.3 ตลาดรับซื้อผลผลิตมีน้อย
3.4 ขาดการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ
This research. The purpose of this study was to study the grouping process of coffee farmers in Khokmon Sub-district, Nam Nao District, Phetchabun Province. which is a participatory action research using a systematic learning process under the concept of sufficiency The research objectives are as follows:
1. To study the process of grouping of coffee farmers.
2. To study the problems and obstacles of the coffee farmers association.
This research study It is a participatory community education. By giving the community an opportunity to participate in analytical thinking, finding problems and solutions to the problems in the integration of community business groups of coffee farmers in Rim Muang Sub-District, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province. by using participative action research techniques (Participatory Action Research – PAR).
The researcher has defined 5 steps in the research as follows:
Step1 Planning and preparation before entering the community.
Step2 Entering the community The researcher meets with community enterprise leaders, village headmen and farmers leaders. to clarify the objectives of this research.
Step3 Is community education. by studying the agricultural system in the community, such as the condition of the family's current agricultural system; The current agricultural system condition of the community development of community agricultural system change The study of community history, such as the formation, change and current status, as well as the study of the change in coffee conditions. Problems of community business.
Step4 Study the process and factors necessary for the integration of the coffee growing community in Nam Nao District Phetchabun Province.
Step5 Process Research.
The populations used in this research were Nam Nao Arabica Community Enterprise, Khokmon Sub-district and Pa Un Kon Im Community Enterprise, Nam Nao Sub-district, both of which were coffee farmers in Nam Nao District. Phetchabun Province.
The results of this research study.

Geography It is characterized by being an agricultural area, a mountain and a plateau with an elevation between 650 - 1,200 meters above sea level. The number of villages is 6 villages, Moo 1 Ban Khokmon, Village 2 Ban Khokmon, Village 3 Ban Pa Ruak, Village 4 Ban Dong Mafai, Village 5 Ban Huai Sanam Sai, Village 6 Ban Wang Pong with a population of 3,534.
The condition of the community, mainly Khokmon sub-district and Nam Nao sub-district. The main occupation is agriculture, farming and gardening. There are accommodation and tourism as a supplementary occupation. In agriculture, corn is planted. There are many community enterprises such as Nam Nao Coffee Community Enterprise Group, Nam Nao Coffee Plantation Group, Nam Nao Coffee Arabica Community Enterprise Group, Pa Un Khon Im Community Enterprise Group.
Problem conditions of community enterprises.
1. The integration is not yet clear.
2. There are limited distribution channels.
3. Lack of modern marketing knowledge.
4. Lack of people to continue the community enterprise.
2. The process of bundling It starts with a visionary leader. Courage to make decisions and have a strong desire. has initiated a merger for the purpose and goals of solving problems and developing the potential of community farmers to be able to increase their income and marketing channels with support from the government or local authorities.
3. Problems and obstacles in the integration of the group that affect the confidence and faith in the group.
3.1 Lack of equipment and tools to operate the group's business.
3.2 Low productivity and low quality.
3.3 The market for purchasing products is less.
