การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์และแนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดในกลุ่มม้ง, เย้า, มูเซอ, ลีซอ กลุ่มละ 120 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยมีเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า รวมทั้งสิ้น 480 คน และผู้นำชุมชน ผู้นำวัฒนธรรมชุมชนละ 15 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 60 คน ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ปี 2565 ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือแบบสอบถามคาดประมาณและพยากรณ์สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของยาเสพติดในกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ (ม้ง เย้า มูเซอ ลีซอ) และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับผู้นำชุมชนในกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ (ม้ง เย้า มูเซอ ลีซอ) ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ .85, .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

Descriptive cross-sectional research The study's goals are to look into the situation and develop guidelines for preventing and solving drug problems among ethnic groups Hmong, Yao, Muser, Lisu, each with 120 people with sampling, for a total of 480 people, as well as community leaders and 15 cultural leaders from each community, for a total of 60 people, in Phetchabun province in 2022. 2. The drug surveillance model in ethnic groups (Hmong Yao, Muser, Lisu) by community leaders who can prevent problems and the results are satisfactory for people in the community. There are 4 forms. The first model is to assess addicts by the village headman and cultural leaders. The second model is patrolling or setting up checkpoints. The third model is to give education on drug prevention and problem solving as well as the law on drugs for the community leaders and the fourth model is to conduct a therapy session on community bases.
