การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์1.เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูตามแนวคิดเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะสมอง Executive Functions (EF) 2.เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูตามแนวคิดเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะสมอง Executive Functions (EF) 3.เพื่อประเมินผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูตามแนวคิดเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะสมอง Executive Functions (EF) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ศึกษาอยู่ปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 24 คน จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน สุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Sample Random Sampling) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการพิจารณาโดยการทดสอบ t–test Dependent samples.
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1.ศึกษาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูตามแนวคิดเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะสมอง Executive Functions (EF) พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้รับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูตามแนวคิดมีผลการทดลองทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยประเมินจากอาจารย์ผู้สอน
2.ผลการเปรียบเทียบการวัดสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครู จากแบบประเมินการการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูตามแนวคิด พบว่า ก่อนได้รับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูตามแนวคิด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ( x̄ =6.25 ,S.D. =1.15) และหลังได้รับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูตามแนวคิด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ( x̄ =10.46 ,S.D. =1.28) โดยมีค่า T = 22.14* และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังพบว่า คะแนนหลังได้รับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครู สูงกว่าก่อน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
3.ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่ได้รับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูตามแนวคิด โดยภาพรวมทุกด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ( x̄ = 4.48, S.D.= 0.22) โดยสามารถเรียงตามลำดับ ทั้ง 3 ด้านได้ ดังนี้ 3.1.ด้านขั้นตอนการออกแบบกิจกรรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ( x̄ = 4.56, S.D.= 0.28) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3.2.ด้านสื่อและแหล่งการเรียนรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ( x̄ = 4.45, S.D.= 0.40) อยู่ในระดับมาก 3.3.ด้านกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ( x̄ = 4.43, S.D.= 0.27) อยู่ในระดับมาก
The objectives of this research were 1. to study the competency of student-teachers according to the concept of enhancing brain skills in Executive Functions (EF); Developing student-teacher competencies based on the concept to promote executive functions (EF) The sample group was students from the Department of Early Childhood Education, Faculty of Education, Phetchabun Rajabhat University. Studying in the second year, semester 1, academic year 2022, there were 24 students in 1 classroom using simple random sampling (Sample Random Sampling). The statistics used to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation. Statistics used to determine by t–test Dependent samples.
The results showed that
1. Study the conceptual student-teacher competency for enhancing executive functions (EF) skills. It was found that the sample group who received the conceptual student-teacher competency development had significantly higher overall and individual experimental results than before the experiment. Statistical at the .05 level, evaluated by the instructor.
2. Comparative results of teacher-student competency measurement From the conceptual student-teacher competency development assessment form, it was found that before the conceptual student-teacher competency development The mean was equal to ( x̄ =6.25 ,S.D. =1.15) and after developing the concept of student-teacher competency. The mean was equal to ( x̄ =10.46 ,S.D. =1.28) with a T = 22.14* and when comparing the scores before and after it was found that The score after the development of teacher student competency was higher than before at the statistical significance level of .05.
3. The results of the satisfaction assessment of the students who received the development of student-teacher competency according to the concept Overall, all aspects had an average value of ( x̄ = 4.48, S.D.= 0.22), which can be ordered in order of all 3 aspects as follows: 3.1. Activity design process The mean was equal ( x̄ = 4.56, S.D.= 0.28) at the highest level. 3.2.Media and learning resources The mean was equal ( x̄ = 4.45, S.D.= 0.40), at a high level. 3.3.The process of organizing activities The mean was equal ( x̄ = 4.43, S.D.= 0.27), at a high level.
